: (1) The licensee shall sell or distribute at least fifty percent indigenous goods while directly selling or distributing goods. But this arrangement will not be applicable in case of goods that are not produced in Nepal.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the details of sale or distribution shall be submitted to the department within sixty days of the end of the financial year.
